Whole & Half Beef

Whole and half beef available.  Our whole and half beef purchases are measured by "hanging weight".    An average hanging weight of 700 pounds will yield approximiately 400 pounds of beef.  

Price of side of beef is calculated by hanging weight x price per pound.  To plan accordingly, 1 cubic foot of freezer space is needed for each 35 pounds of beef.  

• Whole:  $3,493 - (approximately 400 lbs. beef)
• Half:  $1746.50 - (approximately 200 lbs. beef)
